Overview

The Product/Technical Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring Cresta’s customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge, product expertise, and technical tools to effectively communicate and deliver Cresta’s AI-powered solutions.

• Develop and deliver technical enablement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Product Enablement or related roles.
• Strong technical acumen in AI and ML.
• Experience in designing scalable training programs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• A proactive approach towards AI solutions.
