In Short

• Serve as both a business consultant and technical expert in AI solutions.
• Understand customer business goals and technical environments.
• Architect intelligent solutions using LLMs and real-time AI assistance.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations showcasing AI capabilities.
• Own technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements.
• Run ROI workshops connecting AI capabilities to customer impact.
• Provide insights based on experience with AI technologies.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Stay current on emerging technologies in AI and contact centers.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture.
• Understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs and SLMs.
• Experience with CRM tools and SaaS architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Consultative mindset with a track record of strategic conversations.
• Fast learner and self-starter in high-growth environments.
