Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Energy and Utilities sector across Africa.
  • Strong existing network within the Sub-Saharan African market.
  • Ability to manage and grow diverse sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous business environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
