Overview

The Engineering Productivity Leader will be responsible for Engineering budget planning and maximizing productivity while ensuring commitments are met.

• Lead Engineering budget planning and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial/demand planning.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Experience in navigating large matrixed organizations.
• Critical systems thinking skills.
