Overview

The Ophthalmic Assistant provides administrative and technical support to an ophthalmologist in a clinical setting, ensuring effective patient care and office management.

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have Basic Life Support certification.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Organizational skills and ability to provide patient care.
