Overview

The Grants Financial Analyst II is responsible for managing post-award activities related to grants, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial oversight for grant portfolios.

In Short

• Act as liaison to accounting departments for issue resolution.
• Track and maintain online database of grants.
• Provide fund management and budgetary guidance to PIs.
• Approve purchasing documents in accordance with grant policies.
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure timely implementation of contracts.
• Coordinate proposal submissions and budget development.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis for grant operations.
• Submit final reports to granting agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in grant administration.
• Knowledge of agency guidelines and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
