Overview

The Analyst EPIC EHR Business will support project managers in various areas including clinical adoption and health information management, focusing on the development and execution of integrated projects within BJC Healthcare.

In Short

• Work on analysis of major projects and small scale standard projects.
• Utilize BJC learning management system, Epic1 Validation Portal, and ServiceNow.
• Develop organizational policies and guidelines for requirements management.
• Manage business process improvements and analyze business processes.
• Develop graphical models to facilitate understanding of processes.
• Plan and manage acceptance testing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Ensure quality of work within BJC learning management system.
• Contribute to organizational methods for requirements management.
• Work in a normal office environment with potential after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• No specific certifications required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position.
• Strong knowledge of organizational systems and processes.
