Business Analyst - Leasing Services - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will be involved in all phases of projects for major clients in the banking sector, contributing to their success while developing technical and functional skills.

In Short

• Facilitate functional framing workshops and guide clients in identifying and translating needs.
• Provide technical and functional responses to user needs.
• Report on activities and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with various external stakeholders.
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and draft deliverables.
• Create User Stories and manage the backlog.
• Define testing strategy and validate test cases.
• Manage change requests and anomalies during testing.
• Support users and manage releases until production.
• Participate in change management activities.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of leasing and banking accounting.
• Understanding of banking products and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Office Suite.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Master's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
