The services business analyst role anticipates and enables the creation of data elements that directly supports the financial, operations and business success of the Client Delivery Organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC skills including spreadsheet and Microsoft Office applications.
• ServiceNow proficiency.
• Shift - 6 PM - 3 AM.
