The Senior Support Engineer will serve as a frontline resource for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, working closely with engineering teams and enhancing support tools.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A humble attitude and eagerness to help.
  • Adept at context switching and prioritizing tasks.
  • Willing to work mid shift hours.
