The Andon Operation Team is a 24-hour operation team that handles various issues such as defective products and misdeliveries to protect customers and provide accurate information. The team aims to quickly identify issues and improve processes to provide quality products to customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of team management experience.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs and management indicators.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
• Experience in operational policy and system improvement.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Benefits
