Operation Manager (OTC) - Remote

Overview

The Operation Manager (OTC) will be responsible for tracking VIP incidents, coordinating with service delivery managers, and managing operational processes within the public cloud platform.

In Short

• Track handling of VIP incidents and adjust priorities.
• Single point of contact for Service Delivery Managers.
• Update Operation Manual and processes.
• Measure and report operational SLAs.
• Coordinate knowledge transfers and trainings.
• Control incident handling of Squads within OTC Operations.
• Measure efficiency of incident handling and performance.
• Prepare and evaluate DR tests and fire drills.
• Coordinate testing and development of operation tools.
• Support squads in Change Management tasks.

• Knowledge/Experience with operation.
• Active English knowledge and good communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Structured and reliable task execution.
• Analytic way of thinking.
• Proactive problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle high workload and withstand stress.
• Knowledge with Agile operations.
