Political Action Committee Manager - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will be a key player on the team standing up and managing a new PAC. This executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day aspects of the PAC's operations.

In Short

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and manage fundraising strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage PAC communications.
• Organize and manage fundraising events and donor meetings.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and execute the PAC’s political strategy.
• Collaborate with other departments to align PAC activities with organizational goals.
• Manage the PAC’s budget and ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee donor database management.
• Prepare all required periodic reporting to regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in political fundraising or campaign management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing successful fundraising strategies.
• Knowledge of campaign finance laws and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Passion for politics.
