Overview

The Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) is an essential team member accountable for the daily oversight of the promotional Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review operations and execution.

In Short

• Lead all PRC operations, including the distribution of weekly agendas and meeting minutes.
• Act as PRC/Veeva training liaison for new team members.
• Cascade and enforce new trainings and policies to appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide daily support and direction to project owners and creative agencies.
• Establish long-term promotional material forecasting capabilities.
• Curate claims and asset libraries for brand marketing teams.
• Gather qualitative metrics for MLR performance dashboards.
• Provide project management oversight for promotional material timelines.
• Ensure compliant use of approved materials.
• Partner with IT and Veeva to improve the PromoMats experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree (e.g. PMP) preferred.
• 4+ years of industry experience within life-science marketing.
• Experience with project management software, Veeva PromoMats preferred.
• Experience within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
