Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

The Senior FP&A Manager at Coupa will lead financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive value across the company, working closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage and review data models for financial planning and reporting.
• Lead financial analyses for ARR and related KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Leaders for decision-making support.
• Build corporate financial presentations and support M&A activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 6+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Ability to build complex models in Excel and Anaplan.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
• Knowledge of SaaS financial reporting and planning metrics.
• Conflict management and expectation management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, or Anaplan.
