  • Expand and cultivate existing accounts while establishing new ones to drive sales growth
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Analyze market segments to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Strategically plan daily activities using CRM to optimize sales opportunities
  • Conduct sales promotions and lead generation activities to foster strong customer relationships
  • Recommend pricing changes based on market dynamics and competitive analysis
  • Address customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough sales records, including customer profiles and sales records

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the building products industry
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies
