Overview

The Sr. Regional Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants, focusing on team development and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Deploy Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles in multiple plants.
• Support plant CI Managers in skill development.
• Assist in developing Annual Plans using Kaizen methodology.
• Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure compliance with plans.
• Facilitate Fresh Eyes activities and Line Balancing improvements.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch Kaizen activities.
• Provide assistance to underperforming plants.
• Administer Production System audit confirmations.
• Ensure standardized deployment of corporate concepts in plants.
• This position requires 75% travel.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a related field.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and teach others.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen Events and activities.
