Sr. Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Regional Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting team development.

In Short

• Lead deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen in a regional scope.
• Support plant managers and teams in developing Annual Plans.
• Conduct training sessions and Kaizen events.
• Ensure compliance with corporate production system standards.
• Perform monthly follow-ups on plant performance.
• Travel extensively (75%) to support various plants.
• Assist underperforming plants to meet targets.
• Facilitate Fresh Eyes activities and Line Balancing improvements.
• Administer audits for the CBB Production System.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events.
• Ability to concentrate and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel, including international travel.
