Senior Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Regional Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants within a region, ensuring that all plants meet their financial and operational targets.

• Oversee Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen deployment in assigned plants.
• Support plant CI Managers and team development.
• Conduct training and develop materials for Lean practices.
• Assist plants in creating and meeting Annual Plans.
• Perform monthly follow-ups on plant performance.
• Facilitate Fresh Eyes activities and Line Balancing improvements.
• Support new product launches with Kaizen activities.
• Administer CBB Production System audits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate production standards.
• Travel up to 75%, including international travel.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Leadership skills to drive change.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events and training.
