• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, solution architects, and technical trainers.

• Collaborate with curriculum developers to align training programs with evolving products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services and Education roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs.
• Background in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, DevOps).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI and automation.
