Overview

The Senior Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants in a designated region, focusing on training, development, and financial targets.

• Deploy Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology in multiple plants.
• Support plant CI Managers and team members through training and events.
• Develop Annual Plans using Kaizen methodology for plants.
• Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure plants meet their Annual Plans.
• Assist in scheduling activities to meet cost-reduction targets.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch Kaizen activities for new products.
• Provide support for underperforming plants.
• Administer Production System audit confirmations.
• Ensure standardized deployment of corporate production systems.
• This position requires 75% travel, including international.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience required.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and teach others.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events and activities.
