Overview

The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for deploying Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology across multiple plants, ensuring that all plants meet their Annual Plans and financial targets while providing training and support to plant teams.

• Deploy Lean Manufacturing concepts and Kaizen methodology in multiple plants.
• Support plant CI Managers and team members through training and events.
• Assist in developing Annual Plans for plants using Kaizen methodology.
• Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure compliance with Annual Plans.
• Support cost-reduction targets and assist underperforming plants.
• Administer CBB Production System audit confirmations.
• Facilitate pre-launch and post-launch Kaizen activities.
• Requires 75% travel, including international travel.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Lead change and teach others effectively.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a related field.
• BS/BA preferred.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and teach others.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen Events and activities.
