Overview

The Director of Engineering Operations will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the engineering organization, improving performance and efficiency through effective methods and strategies.

• Lead cost-out and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
• 5 years of leadership and operational management experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 a plus.
• Ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
