Overview

As Business Development Manager – Cold Form, you will serve as the key leader and authority on Cold Form buildings on behalf of the Shelter organization, responsible for driving cross-functional execution and positioning CBB as the leader in Cold Form buildings.

In Short

  • Lead the Cold Form business strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other functions.
  • Own financial performance and KPI’s for Cold Form buildings.
  • Develop technology solutions for commercialization.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and scorecards.
  • Train teams on Cold Form solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence in manufacturing.
  • Drive customer technology solutions for e-Commerce.
  • Facilitate change and collaboration in a matrixed organization.
  • Travel up to 40% as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and sales processes.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
