Overview

As a Remote Support Engineer I, you’ll be at the front line of Coretelligent’s client experience—solving real problems for real people, every day. You’ll support a wide range of industries and technologies while building valuable technical and client-facing skills.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound support tickets and phone calls from clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage user access and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
  • Provide first-level support for VPN and virtual desktop environments.
  • Document ticket progress and resolutions in the service management platform.
  • Collaborate with higher-tier engineers to escalate complex issues.
  • Meet departmental KPIs and SLAs related to support tickets.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in remote IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows OS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to support processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A team player attitude with a drive for growth and collaboration.
