Overview

The Client Lifecycle Specialist is a technical, client-facing role responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of Coretelligent’s managed IT and security solutions.

In Short

  • Partner with the Project Manager and internal engineering teams to execute all technical aspects of new client onboarding projects.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Lifecycle Specialists to standardize deployment processes and documentation across clients and service lines.
  • Deploy and configure Coretelligent’s suite of managed services tools.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather technical details.
  • Create clear, scalable technical documentation.
  • Review, validate, and enhance existing documentation and configurations.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients.
  • Track and manage all assigned onboarding tasks.
  • Identify gaps or risks in client IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor newly onboarded clients for successful handoff.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery or client onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of networking and server infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with security and monitoring platforms.
  • Proven ability to document complex technical environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management systems.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required.
