Overview

As a Client Engineer at Jamf, you will own the Customer Experience for select strategic customers, focusing on successful deployments of Jamf products and maintaining productive relationships in complex enterprise environments.

In Short

  • Demonstrate a relentless passion for the success of Jamf’s customers
  • Lead key initiatives pertaining to customer success
  • Act as primary point of contact and technical representative for assigned customers
  • Establish and maintain an active project plan for Apple adoption
  • Advocate for Jamf products and capabilities
  • Engage with customers through frequent communication
  • Pursue integration capabilities with external systems
  • Work cross-departmentally to resolve customer needs
  • Consult on architecture and design of Jamf products
  • Work on-site with customers as necessary

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 years experience integrating Apple products in corporate IT
  • 3 years mastery of Jamf and/or Apple technologies
  • 3 years experience in Customer Service in a technical environment
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to teach material effectively
  • Balance of tenacity and strategic thinking
