In Short

• The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for all applications and data visibility about our customers.
• The Technical Business Analyst assesses business needs and provides technical direction.
• Define functional requirements and technological solutions within the Enterprise Application Team.
• Review, analyze and evaluate users' needs to create systems solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for implementation.
• Develop and own the refining and prioritizing user stories in the product backlog.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customer-reported issues.
• Participate in system features review and validation.
• Support effective documentation and management of requirements.
• Mentor other Technical Business Analysts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED (Required).
• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analyst or software development role (Required).
• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow platforms (Preferred).
• Experience gathering inputs and synthesizing into business outcomes.
• Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong facilitation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete time-sensitive tasks.
