In Short

• The Learning Experience Designer 1 collaborates with the Customer Education team to design and maintain learning experiences for Jamf customers.
• Develop and maintain learning experiences for various training formats.
• Organize projects and meetings with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Maintain files with a content management system and learning management system.
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to evaluate performance indicators.
• Review and analyze beta releases to improve learning experiences.
• Provide feedback to content creators for quality assurance.
• Assist with customer training to enhance content.
• Adjust workload to meet timelines and initiatives.
• Travel frequency up to 10% a year.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years technical understanding of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.
• Minimum of 1 year technical use of Jamf’s product portfolio.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or instructional design experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of video production and/or audio engineering experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of screen capture or Keynote creation experience.
• Minimum of 1 year creating content in an LMS or CMS.
• Minimum of 2 years working on a team providing customer training or support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Jamf Certified Associate, Tech, or Admin preferred.
• A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
