Legal Talent Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Legal Talent Manager based in the Philippines to help us identify, screen, and manage top-tier legal support professionals for our U.S. clients. This is not a traditional HR role – you’ll be working with independent contractors and ensuring their successful placement and performance on legal support teams.

In Short

• Screen and interview candidates for roles in legal support (e.g., paralegals, legal assistants, case managers).
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training in collaboration with clients.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for both contractors and client accounts.
• Track attendance, responsiveness, and job performance.
• Assist in scaling talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
• Provide feedback and resolve minor performance issues before escalation.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally in a BPO, legal staffing, or outsourcing environment.
• Experience managing or supervising remote contractors or teams, including performance follow-up and accountability.
• Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms and the roles they hire for (preferred).
• Must have strong English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours.
• All candidates are required to complete an English and critical thinking assessment.
