Overview

SAI360 is seeking a practical, business-minded, and solution-oriented legal professional to serve as Legal Manager. This role is ideal for a mid-level in-house counsel or a commercial lawyer with strong contract negotiation experience, looking to take ownership of all legal functions in a dynamic, private equity owned SaaS company.

In Short

• Manage a broad range of legal matters with a focus on customer contracts and commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including SaaS contracts and NDAs.
• Provide legal advice to sales, finance, and customer success teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support corporate governance and entity management.
• Identify legal risks and propose solutions.
• Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Streamline legal operations and develop scalable processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of legal experience, with at least 1-2 years in-house.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a relevant state bar.
• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and drafting.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
• Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Independent and proactive in managing legal matters.
