Middle Legal Manager - Remote

In Short

• Contract work: development, analysis, verification, and approval of international contracts (service provision, software development, marketing, licensing agreements, NDAs, contracts with contractors, etc.). Negotiating with counterparties and other parties as needed to ensure favorable cooperation conditions.
• Due Diligence: thorough verification of counterparties and passing legal due diligence procedures.
• Assisting in opening accounts: supporting other departments in opening accounts in foreign banks and PSPs.
• Corporate support for the group of companies: accompanying corporate actions in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, UK, Estonia, Hong Kong, Seychelles, etc.), collaborating with foreign service providers.
• Legal support for websites: ensuring compliance of websites with international standards and developing necessary legal documentation (Terms and Conditions, AML, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy).
• Data protection: understanding and applying standards in the field of personal data protection, including GDPR.
• Analytical work: conducting legal research on various issues, analyzing information, and preparing legal conclusions.

Requirements

• Experience in international law for more than 3 years, with 2 years of experience in IT being an advantage.
• Experience with contracts and comprehensive compliance of counterparties.
• Deep understanding of international corporate law and compliance.
• Knowledge of data protection standards and international legislation in the field of AML.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
