In Short

• Lead the development of new game projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs, ensuring the product is positioned for success;
• Generate and propose new ideas to improve product efficiency and competitiveness;
• Analyse, understand, and document project requirements, offering feasible solutions within technical and budgetary constraints;
• Ensure the highest quality standards for the game, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience;
• Work closely with development team before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product;
• Plan team tasks and releases based on capacity, develop realistic project schedules, and monitor their implementation;
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives and effectively communicate them to the teams;
• Track and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the game.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as PM in Game Dev;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details;
• Proven experience in creating roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management;
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various project stakeholders;
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously;
• Deep understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and game development processes.
