Middle Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are a product powerhouse building a full-stack ecosystem for iGaming businesses, inviting a Project Manager to join the VeliSports team.

In Short

• Define project goals, scope, and timeline aligned with product and business objectives.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and deviations.
• Prepare regular reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Organize and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Support delivery planning and execution in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Act as the key communication link between development teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress.
• Coordinate and plan product releases across environments.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, tools, and ceremonies.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent soft skills, especially in remote working conditions.
