Middle Project Manager - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle Project Manager.

You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional projects in the Casino Platform.
• Drive clarity, alignment, and execution across teams.
• Ensure timely, well-documented delivery from project kick-off to closure.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage project scope.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conduct project closure meetings and document successes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Advanced English and Russian (C1).
• Experience managing a development team through the software lifecycle.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional Project Management/Agile certifications.
