  • Build and lead a high-performing SDR team

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing SDR or BDR teams in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in managing inbound and outbound motions
  • Strong track record of meeting performance KPIs
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
