  • 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Change management expertise is a plus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with P&L ownership of $10M+ revenue (strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to scale SaaS businesses serving one of our four divisions including: Commerce, Compliance, Education, and Industrial.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, go-to-market execution, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales and marketing leadership, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills, particularly in multi-product, multi-market environments.
  • Change management expert with a deep understanding of how to successfully merge business operations and culture in a SaaS environment.
