Overview

The Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer will lead process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on manufacturing operations management systems to enhance efficiency and support data-driven continuous improvement.

In Short

  • Collaborate with global manufacturing sites to understand needs and deliver MES solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain MES systems for production execution.
  • Support system validation, documentation, and change control processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES issues.
  • Analyze production data to recommend improvements.
  • Lead project teams across various functions.
  • Implement lean production principles to enhance material flow.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and smart technologies.
  • Travel up to 20%, including international travel.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and IT.
  • Knowledge of MES platforms and manufacturing systems integration.
  • Proficiency in database technologies like SQL and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a process/manufacturing engineer is preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and OEE concepts.
  • Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, C++, etc.
  • Collaboration first hybrid work mindset.
