CE Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded CE Compliance Specialist for our client in the energy sector in Bern. You will lead CE compliance projects and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

In Short

• Support compliance with CE marking requirements for products
• Create technical product documentation according to CE standards
• Conduct conformity assessment procedures and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Prepare technical documents for decision-makers
• Perform risk assessments according to CE guidelines
• Utilize specialized software (e.g., Safexpert, SISTEMA)
• Manage projects including direct client contact
• Monitor costs and deadlines as well as invoicing

Requirements

• Completed training as a designer or safety expert, preferably with a degree in a technical field
• Prior experience in project management of conformity assessment procedures
• Strong technical understanding and ability to describe technical processes precisely
• High abstraction capacity and willingness to engage with complex systems
• Strong social skills and teamwork ability
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Safexpert, and SISTEMA
• Experience in creating CE documentation and risk assessments
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style
• Fluent in German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
