Overview

We are seeking an experienced and open-minded 1st & 2nd Level Supporter ECM for our client in the software solutions industry in the Zurich area.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact person for business partners regarding internal ECM solutions.
  • Handle support inquiries and solve technical challenges in customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to contribute to the success and quality of our solutions.
  • Actively participate in the development of our products and share your ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk support.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar tools is a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of IP-based networks, database systems, virtualization technologies, web applications, and web servers.
  • A completed education in computer science (e.g., EFZ, HF, or FH) and several years of professional experience.
  • Engaged, open to new ideas, and solution-oriented.
  • Customer friendliness and teamwork are essential.
  • Very good German and good English skills, French or Italian is a plus.
