Overview

As a Level 2 Support Engineer at Wealth.com, you will provide advanced technical support to resolve complex product issues, collaborating with the Support Team and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Triage and manage issues using GitHub and Jira.

  • Serve as a liaison between support and engineering teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in log analysis and database management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Ability to execute complex database queries.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) are a bonus.
