Enterprise Sales Executive - Western US - Remote

Overview

Convey is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in SaaS and experience selling into the utility/energy sector, specifically for the western portion of the US.

In Short

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
• Generate leads within greenfield accounts through networking and industry events.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Represent the entire range of company products and services to customers.
• Understand market needs and collaborate with internal teams for optimal solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements.
• Work closely with Product Management and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast information in Salesforce.com.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales roles with enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of the utilities and energy industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a multidisciplinary field.
• Ability to travel 35-50% as needed.
