Overview

The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal advice and support to Continental’s business colleagues, focusing on contracts and legal implications related to Korean customers and business partners.

• Provide legal advice and support to business colleagues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with Korean partners.
• Coordinate legal strategies with the Global Law Department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal implications.

• Represent Continental in legal disputes and negotiations.
• Develop risk management strategies to minimize legal exposure.
• Analyze legal implications of new regulations.
• Support the launch of new products with legal guidance.
• Manage litigations concerning Korean customers and partners.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
• License to practice law in Korea.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Korean laws relevant to the automotive industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
