Overview

The Customer Logistics Aftermarket Specialist will manage customer orders efficiently in an international environment, ensuring timely fulfillment and effective communication with customers.

In Short

• Manage customer orders in the Order-to-Cash process.
• Ensure order fulfillment is on-time and in-full (OTIF).
• Maintain accurate order data in SAP systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Handle logistical complaints and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing.
• Organize shipments and track goods receipt.
• Provide regular order book reporting.
• Assist in the creation of logistical master data.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Requirements

• Commercial training with experience in customer logistics.
• Knowledge of order processing.
• Experience in logistics is advantageous.
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
• Proficient in SAP, especially the SD module.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
