Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Support Specialist (all genders) to start as soon as possible. The teams are working in a hybrid model, which means you would have to come to our Prague office 2-3 days per week and work the other days from home.

In Short

  • Responsible for 3rd level technical support.
  • Customer support via ticket system in English.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  • Documentation and server provisioning tasks.
  • Installation, configuration, and administration of servers and networks.

  • Initial knowledge of Bash scripting and databases is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of German is a plus.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or relevant experience.
  • Very good knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Experience in technical customer support.
  • English language skills are mandatory.
  • Desirable: initial knowledge of Bash scripting.
  • Desirable: experience with SQL databases.
  • Desirable: sound knowledge of German.
