In Short

• Be the central contact person in the back office.
• Organize and manage internal processes and administrative workflows.
• Proactively identify and solve problems.
• Support monthly closing, recruiting, and HR tasks.
• Manage supplier relationships and team infrastructure.
• Contribute actively to the development of ConMendo.
• Work with digital tools, especially Personio and MS Office.
• Experience in a renowned consulting firm is required.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) is necessary.
• Enjoy self-directed work with minimal micromanagement.

Requirements

• Experience in a reputable consulting firm or boutique.
• Expertise in digital tools, especially Personio and MS Office.
• Independent and structured working style with high responsibility.
• First experience in process automation, preferably AI-supported.
• Knowledge in recruiting and labor law is a plus.
• Confident appearance at all levels.
• University degree or vocational training.
