Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in HR or HR transformations.
• Experience in a corporate environment (preferred but not required).
• Strong conceptual skills and hands-on mentality.
• Confidence at all levels, including board level.
• Fluent in German (C1) and business English, with a BA/MA degree.
