Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant in HR or organizational transformations.
• Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Strong conceptual skills and hands-on mentality.
• Confidence at all levels up to the executive level.
• Fluent in German (C1) and negotiation-level English.
• University degree (BA/MA).
