Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in HR or organizational transformation.
• Experience in a corporate environment is desirable.
• Strong conceptual skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Confidence at all levels, including executive level.
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English.
• University degree (BA/MA).
