This part-time opportunity is fully remote for individuals authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. As a People Operations Specialist at V2 Strategic Advisors, you will help enhance talent acquisition and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for Salesforce-related roles.
  • 1+ years of experience in People Operations or HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience in employer branding strategies is a plus.
